Our mission is to ease the burden for our rider and loved ones by providing safe, comfortable, and dignified transportation throughout the North Shore of Illinois.

Is Hearts in Motion licensed and insured?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Hearts in Motion is fully licensed and insured, and all of our drivers are trained in first aid and CPR.
What are your hours of operation?
For non-urgent rides we operate Monday-Sunday from 5 AM-5 PM.
For urgent rides we operate Monday-Sunday and 24 hours a day.
How far in advance should I book a ride?
For non-urgent rides, we recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day rides may be possible, depending on scheduling.
